Tech Guy Heating and Cooling offers annual Preventative Maintenance Agreements to help you get the most out of your system and ensure your home and family maintain a consistent comfort level year-round.

Our maintenance agreement with you includes all of the following benefits:
Priority service over non-agreement customers
Automatic reminders, we contact you when it is time for inspections (spring and/or fall)
A complete 23-point inspection – routine maintenance prolongs the life of the equipment and can reduce energy costs
Replace/clean filters (high-quality 1” pleated filters)
Lubricate, adjust, and safety test specified equipment
$20 off of our normal diagnostic fee and 15% off all repairs when they are made on specified equipment
Friendly, knowledgeable technicians will perform all maintenance
10% off any replacement of equipment
24-hour emergency service – gives you peace of mind knowing we are there when you need us
Preventative maintenance is required by most manufacturers to maintain the warranty on your equipment. This is not a guarantee that your system will operate without any future repairs. Any required repairs beyond those provided in this agreement will be brought to your attention and will be billed separately. Payment will be due upon receipt of the repair invoice.
An agreement will not become effective until it is paid in full and will continue in effect until the spring or fall of the following year.
Tech Guy Heating and Cooling will provide priority scheduling to all Preventive Maintenance Agreement clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The maintenance covered by a service agreement will be scheduled during normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the exception of holidays.
If you need your maintenance scheduled after hours or on the weekend, this can be arranged for an additional charge.
